What is Brainspotting?

You can’t fully heal through talking alone.

Trauma lives in the body, not the mind, and needs to be released on a deeper level.

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a powerful healing method that helps you access and release trauma stored deep in the body and subconscious, using something as simple and natural as your eye gaze.

Together, we find a specific eye position, your “Brainspot", where you feel more sensation, energy or emotion in your body. This spot becomes the entry point for deep healing.

From there, I gently hold space as your body, inner wisdom, and subconscious guide the process.

There’s no forcing, just trust, surrender, and following what’s ready to rise.

It’s a safe, gentle, and powerful approach, especially supportive for those who tend to dissociate or feel disconnected from their body.

You remain in control the entire time, and we go at your pace.

This work is completely client-led.

Your system knows what it’s ready to release, and healing unfolds in exactly the way you need, layer by layer, at your own pace.

It’s a beautiful, intuitive process, and the shifts that come through are often profound, unexpected, and deeply freeing.

What can it help with?

Brainspotting can help you release deep trauma, including pre-verbal, past-life, ancestral and womb trauma.

It can help shift limiting blocks and resistance, deep emotional wounds, shifting and healing wounds that cause dissociation and numbing.

Brainspotting can also help shift and heal;

If you feel numb, disconnected, or afraid to feel it all, Brainspotting helps your nervous system feel safe enough to start reconnecting with your body and emotions; gently and at your own pace.

You might not notice anything dramatic during the session, and that’s completely normal.

The shifts are subtle; your nervous system is recalibrating quietly, behind the scenes.

In the days and weeks afterward, you’ll start to notice changes in your reactions, thoughts, and how you show up in your body and life. That’s your system integrating and rewiring real, lasting change that doesn’t rely on forcing yourself to feel before you’re ready.

This work meets you exactly where you are, allowing trauma to be processed safely, deeply, and in a way your body can fully handle.

Brainspotting worked well for me. I have done it in the past with other practitioners; however, Rebecca's method was more effective as I was able to attune to my inner child at the end and the results were more profound due to her leading me to be more connected to that inner child. The healing was more profound with Rebecca's brainspotting techniques.
